Men's Bible Studies

Band of Brothers meets on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays at 9:00-10:00 am in the Lecture Hall. Contact Dave Sheldon if you have any questions.

Man Up meets on Wednesday nights at 7 pm in the Youth Room in September, January, March, and June. Contact Pastor Justin.

Monday Night Bible Study meets at 7:30 pm in a private room at Hamlin Pub (55076 Van Dyke) during the NFL season for 21 weeks. All men are welcome to attend at any time you are available! Contact Rick Raichle.

Part 1 topic will be: Kingdom Politics (Returning God to Government) by Tony Evans: In this Bible study, Dr. Tony Evans takes a step back to find foundational Bible principles for integrating politics into our daily lives. He challenges readers to incorporate all of Scripture when addressing divisive issues, forcing us to look at political issues we may have neglected. When we see government holistically from God’s point of view, we can learn to speak with grace when we disagree with family and friends. We can maintain our political affiliations without causing divisions in our church. And with those who don’t share our opinions, we can still share the compassion and love of Jesus Christ.

Part 2 topic will be: Holy Habits by Derwin Gray. When God calls us to himself, he sets us apart—he makes us holy. But what does it mean to be holy? What habits define God’s people, no matter where they are on earth or which denomination they are a part of? In this four-session series, pastor Derwin Gray explores four foundational behaviors of Christians.
