Our Father's House
Welcome! We encourage you to browse and familiarize yourself with a variety of Capital Campaign project narratives and photos. The menu items in this section are meant to be a sharing of information obtained through a recent “Fixed Asset Inventory” performed by Trinity’s Capital Improvement Committee and Board of Properties. The Capital Improvement Committee recently completed its inventory of 2, 064 items throughout our Father's House. The items inventoried were of the “fixed asset” variety including items such as: structural and mechanical systems, flooring, walls, doors, ceilings and cabinetry. “Fixed Assets” do not include furnishings such as: desks, chairs, computers and the like.
The study revealed that approximately 25% of all items inventoried fell in the “poor” or “in need of attention” category as observed during the Fall/Summer of 2014/15. From the results of the inventory, the Board of Properties then “bundled” the items into projects within their respective room/area. There are a total of 27 Projects which include a variety of items within each project. These projects include both the interior and exterior of our Father’s House. For a more detailed list of each project, simply “click” on the tab listed “Project List." Also, periodically each project will be added to this section along with its narrative and photos.
Should you care to have a more in depth conversation about the projects, feel free to contact a member of the committee or board listed below. Thank you.
