Trinity Early Learning Center's curriculum, Creative Curriculum, is based on the accumulated research of the past 80 years. This research provided the knowledge and understanding of how children learn and develop. The Creative Curriculum provides a framework for the four domains or areas of development and outlines fifty goals and objectives for determining where each child is developmentally, tracking progress and for planning learning experiences.
The areas of development and goals are as follows: (These goals break down into objectives and further descriptions included in additional literature.)

- Taking responsibility for self and others
- Behaving in a pro-social way
